Qualifications

• Excellent communication and executive presence across all levels of a customer organization.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of roughly 20 Tier-1 accounts and be the trusted strategic advisor.
• Lead executive business reviews to ensure ROI and desired outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales for upsell initiatives.
• Monitor customer health, risk of churn, and drive proactive retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing to relay customer feedback and roadmap input.
• Plan and manage multi-year success programs and onboarding projects across teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report status to stakeholders.
