• Serve as the primary point of contact for your book of clients, leading calls independently and driving actions to closure.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor: translate client goals into compelling data-driven narratives.
• Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and enable retention and expansion.
• Own end-to-end client projects: timelines, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide product feedback, demos, and trainings to maximize client value.
