Job summary

BitGo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive platform adoption and long-term value for fintech and platform sales customers. You will advise clients, design success plans, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support to maximize outcomes.

You will manage high-value portfolios, partner on renewals and expansions, and guide deployments across channels, helping clients navigate the digital asset space with BitGo as their strategic adviser.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role within technology or financial services.
• Proven ability to guide customers through complex transitions as a trusted consultant.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated advisor to platform and fintech clients, helping them navigate and optimize BitGo offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop tailored success strategies with goals and KPIs to maximize value.
• Conduct regular check-ins to review progress and align on strategic objectives.
• Lead strategic business reviews with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Work with Solutions Engineering to onboard and activate new accounts.
• Translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Monitor customer health metrics to mitigate churn.
