Job summary

Ripple Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Customer Success Senior Manager to drive revenue and product adoption across our enterprise customer base by deepening relationships and expanding value across Ripple's suite of solutions.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal and Product Marketing to identify upsell opportunities, analyze financial impact, and champion process improvements while coaching teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at financial institutions, a FinTech or crypto organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and complex business scenarios.
• Experience developing and launching modern, complex business solutions involving technology and B2B relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's current technical solutions, organization, decision-making and needs.
• Serve as an advisor/Ripple advocate with customers, enabling them to experience Ripple's value and participate in new solutions.
• Conduct financial, business and value analysis, understanding key targets like cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Navigate upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive them to deal execution with cross-functional partners.
• Lead initiatives with Engineering, Technical Services, Sales, BD, Finance, Product Marketing and Legal to solve complex issues for customers.
• Collect customer and marketplace feedback related to Ripple's value proposition and communicate it across Ripple.
• Identify and champion internal Ripple process improvements.
