Job summary

Whitecollars is seeking a Saudi Sales & Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role. You will support revenue growth, conduct discovery calls, run demos, and help close deals while ensuring a smooth onboarding and high-quality client experience.

You will work with the Business Development team, own customer support tasks, and maintain client satisfaction across pre- and post-sale activities. Fluent English (C1) and Saudi residency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Saudi national and based in Saudi Arabia.
• 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or similar roles.
• Proficient presenting on video calls and leading discussions.

Responsibilities

• Move prospects through the pipeline from first contact to close.
• Conduct discovery calls and tailor presentations to prospects.
• Run demos and address objections clearly.
• Coordinate follow-ups via email and calls.
• Assist with proposals and required documents for deals.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and update next steps.
