OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of 30–35 primarily enterprise accounts with ARR of $5M–$15M, guiding onboarding, adoption and renewal. You will partner with sales to maximize value and drive expansion, blending strategic influence with hands-on relationship management.

This role requires a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication, and 8+ years in customer success, with strong finance domain knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years in a SaaS/Tech CSM role.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Knowledge of financial close, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of 30–35 enterprise accounts with ARR $5M–$15M.
• Partner with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Own onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and renewal processes.
• Lead regular business reviews with customers and regional teams.
• Advocate for customers across internal teams and drive value realization.
• Travel up to 50% to meet customers and strengthen executive relationships.
