Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Central Region. You will manage a portfolio of 30–35 primarily enterprise accounts, guiding onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth to maximize value from OneStream.

Build strong relationships with customer leadership and delivery teams across Chicago, IL; WI; MN, with travel up to 50%. You will collaborate with Sales to uncover upsell opportunities, ensure renewal success, and align with regional CS leadership on metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in customer success or SaaS.
• 5+ years in a SaaS/Technology company as a Customer Success Manager.
• Proven ability to drive customer adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Understanding of finance processes: Financial Close, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Management Reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 30–35 mainly enterprise accounts with ARR of $5M–$15M and lead onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Establish and execute regular Business Review meetings with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Proactively manage renewals, expansions, and SaaS transitions.
• Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Serve as primary advocate, address escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
