Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 30–35 enterprise accounts across Georgia, with ARR of $5M–$15M, focusing on onboarding, adoption, retention and growth. You will partner with Sales, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while delivering tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in customer success in SaaS, strong relationship skills, and proven ability to align customer outcomes with OneStream capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in customer success or related field.
• 5+ years in a SaaS/Tech customer success role.
• Deep understanding of finance processes: Close, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 30–35 mostly enterprise accounts with ARR of $5M–$15M.
• Onboard, adopt, retain, and renew customer relationships.
• Escalation point for customer requests and issues; coordinate with internal teams to deliver value.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in alignment with Sales.
• Conduct regular Business Review meetings and regional health checks.
• Support Regional CS Director and Sales in portfolio management and renewals.
