RemotePass is expanding its US and Americas market and seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager who can build lasting relationships with US and Americas customers. This role, open to candidates worldwide, requires you to work US Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role.
• Experience owning the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in SaaS or HR/Payroll/Global Employment preferred.
