Job summary

Ripple Inc. is hiring a Customer Success Senior Manager in Miami to drive revenue and product adoption across Ripple's customer base.

You will deepen customer relationships, scale payments volume, implement custody solutions, and uncover cross-sell opportunities for Ripple’s enterprise products. You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Product Marketing and Legal to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role within financial services, FinTech or crypto ecosystems.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
Experience building and launching B2B solutions and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of customers' technical solutions, org, decisions, and needs.
Act as an advisor and Ripple advocate to help customers realize value.
Analyze financial targets like cost reduction and revenue growth.
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to close deals.
Lead initiatives with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Product Marketing and Legal.
Collect customer and market feedback and communicate Ripple value.
Champion internal process improvements.
