Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead and scale our CS function from the ground up, personally stewarding our most valuable client relationships. You will design comprehensive CS operations including onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion, while driving measurable outcomes across the account base.

You will manage and grow our strategic enterprise portfolios, build scalable health-score systems to surface risks early, and partner with Product

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS / tech company, with 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience with enterprise clients — comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Built CS processes, playbooks, and best practices.
• Experience automating customer health monitoring and risk detection.
• Hands-on leadership style; you set strategy and roll up your sleeves.
• Exceptional English and genuine executive presence.
