Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to oversee 8–12 enterprise accounts across the EMEA region, building trusted advisory relationships and driving value from TELUS Health solutions.

You will engage at the C-level, lead strategic programs, manage renewals and expansions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes while traveling occasionally within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B enterprise environment
• Proven track record of success with large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
• Experience with HR or employee wellbeing programs is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at C-level; executive presence
• Strong consultative problem-solving and project management skills
• Commercial mindset with renewal/expansion accountability
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM for data-driven decision-making
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites within the region

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic partnerships with client organizations at the C-level to ensure high retention and satisfaction
• Champion client success through engagement programs, project updates, and solution optimization
• Connect and collaborate by sharing best practices, organizing events, and building internal partnerships to resolve needs efficiently
• Grow and retain by managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and advocating for client needs
• Monitor and optimize by setting targets, gathering feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to improve outcomes
