Job summary

Veracode is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to drive product adoption and resolve complex technical challenges in customers' software security programs.

You will work closely with the Customer Success team to build long-term relationships, align Veracode solutions with customer environments, and help customers achieve their security goals through cross-functional collaboration and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in information security or software development.
• Customer facing experience with strong listening and business relationship skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and motivate groups towards a unified goal.
• Must be effective working independently and in a team setting.
• System integration and automation experience with an emphasis on CI/CD (AWS, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins).
• Experience writing scripts with Python, Postman, etc. to automate tasks via security tool APIs (REST & GraphQL).

Responsibilities

• Discover and understand technologies, solutions, constraints, and challenges for cloud security, application security, and vulnerability management.
• Match Veracode solutions to customer needs across technical, security, and business aspects.
• Assist and advise on effective use of Veracode security products within customer environments.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager on designated accounts through onboarding to ensure a successful launch.
• Demonstrate and integrate Veracode products across the software development toolchain.
• Present Veracode vision, strategy and product roadmaps to executives and technical management.
• Provide customer feedback to internal product teams to guide future directions.
• Stay current with security industry trends to improve customer outcomes.
