Job summary

Prime Team Partners is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer in Bellevue with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office). The role combines customer success, technical account management, and solutions engineering to help enterprise customers deploy and scale an AI platform in complex environments.

You will work with customer developers, architects, and AI teams, leading deployments, solving technical challenges, and driving measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Engineer, TAM, Solutions Engineer, or similar.
Strong Python skills with ability to read, troubleshoot, modify, and write code.
Experience building integrations, scripts, or technical solutions using Python.
Experience working with software developers and engineering teams; strong API, SDK, and cloud tech knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through production deployment.
Integrate APIs, applications, workflows, and AI platforms with customer systems.
Serve as the primary technical advisor during implementation and ongoing customer success activities.
Troubleshoot integrations, validate deployments, analyze data, and support customer environments using Python.
Develop MVP integrations and proofs-of-concepts for new customer needs.
