Job summary

Vangst is seeking a technically minded Customer Success Manager to be the go-to partner for California's agencies, local jurisdictions and cannabis operators. This remote role supports California workflows while coordinating with product, data and support teams to maximize the value of the platform.

You'll translate client needs into actionable requirements, build reports and visualizations, and lead trainings, QBRs and industry events.

Qualifications

2+ years delivering software customizations or configuration updates.
18+ months working in an agile development or configuration environment.
12+ months managing technical and business requirements for a SaaS product.
Ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights.
Experience delivering mission-critical services to customers.
Bonus: experience on government projects or in the regulated cannabis industry.
Must live in California.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding, training and long-term account management for CA agencies and operators.
Turn data into action with reports, extracts and visualizations to surface trends.
Translate client needs into requirements with product and data teams.
Be the voice of the customer to shape roadmap with leadership.
Lead QBRs, webinars, trainings and onsite visits.
Coordinate with Product, Legal, Finance and Government Affairs on escalations, renewals.
