Job summary

Vantage seeks a responsive Customer Success professional to guide clients after signup, driving onboarding, adoption, and value reviews. You will act as a trusted advisor, align product feedback with internal teams, and help customers reduce costs while expanding their use of Vantage.

The role emphasizes technical engagement, multi-stakeholder communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Remote-friendly in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-centric roles (CS or TAM) across B2B tech or SaaS.
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost management.
• Strong communication with CIO/VP-level audiences.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Serve as trusted advisor to maximize Vantage benefits.
• Advocate for customer needs to resolve issues and request features.
• Engage with CTOs and VPs across organizations.
