Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Success Architect to join its Cloud Success team in the United States. This role focuses on delivering proactive guidance, architecture health checks, and impactful adoption strategies for a portfolio of customers.

You will collaborate with support engineers, product advisors, and architects to triage issues, design scalable solutions, and drive long-term customer health and growth within Salesforce technology.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer success, engineering, or senior admin roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce products, platform capabilities, governance, and best practices.
• Experience with complex implementations and integration principles.
• Familiarity with data management, AI, analytics, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer impact by assessing implementations and advising on feature adoption and foundational design.
• Lead with expertise and provide reactive and proactive guidance on product best practices.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
• Triaging capability gaps and escalating architectural challenges to senior team members.
• Execute playbooks to meet customer needs and build strong relationships across teams.
