Responsibilities include protecting ARR, managing customer engagements, and ensuring successful product adoption. The position requires strong experience in Customer Success and familiarity with technical products, coupled with robust communication skills. This remote role offers competitive compensation and equity participation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting.
• Experience managing $100K+ ARR SaaS accounts.
• Comfortable working with Sales Engineers and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Protect and grow $50K–$500K+ ARR accounts.
• Drive measurable adoption across GTM teams.
• Own the customer journey from Onboarding to Expansion.
