Job summary

Nintex is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, value realization, and retention across a diverse customer portfolio. You will monitor health signals, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead scalable success plays to optimize outcomes for executives and users alike.

In this remote role, you’ll collaborate with customers globally, run executive sponsorship engagements, and contribute to product strategy with outcome-based recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles in SaaS environments.
• Experience with Salesforce and CS platforms is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute account success plans aligned with customer goals and lifecycle stages.
• Own health reviews, risk mitigation, and renewal planning with data-driven insights.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Directors to drive growth.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption for complex or strategic customers.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and scalable metrics for long-term value realization.
• Mentor teammates on value storytelling and executive-level conversations.
