Qualifications

• 4+ years’ customer-facing experience in a customer success role, preferably in a software or Sales/Marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement with Informa TechTarget products; focusing adoption, expansion and renewal.
• Onboard & enable customers on product functionalities and capabilities.
• Investigate customer’s current workflow and technology stack.
• Uncover customer’s KPIs and areas of opportunity; advise on use cases of data and products.
• Drive usage and identify recommended integration strategies.
• Create client communications that showcase success and opportunities for upsell.
• Coordinate with internal teams to proactively resolve issues and deliver data and guidance.
• Present to end users, marketing and sales management, and executives.
• Escalate concerns and provide marketing/sales best practices guidance.
