Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Manager II for Customer Solutions in the United States. You will oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for hematology and specialty pharma, coordinating data, systems, traceability, and pricing workstreams to ensure reliable supply and excellent service.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree with 5+ years in pharma or healthcare operations, and possess SAP/ERP expertise, strong stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in pharmaceutical customer operations or supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized/3PL models is preferred.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into operational actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash operations for US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio.
• Coordinate data, systems, traceability, and government pricing workstreams; ensure compliant service delivery.
• Collaborate with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
