Job summary

Luminance is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to deepen our AI platform integrations for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions, ensuring smooth deployments.

In this role, you will build and document APIs, SDKs, and reference architectures while maintaining strong relationships with developers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years at a SaaS vendor, preferably in AI and/or Cybersecurity.
• Strong technical skills with software development, system integration, and developer resources.
• Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, Python or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to deliver seamless technical experiences.
• Serve as a technical expert on Luminance's platform and highlight integration benefits.
• Understand use cases and integration requirements to propose best solutions.
• Build integrations for customers ensuring seamless workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Slack.
• Be the main contact for managing integration issues and challenges.
• Develop reusable tools, APIs, SDKs, and enablement resources for faster integration.
• Create and maintain API documentation and Reference Architectures to support developers.
• Coordinate with Support and Technical Operations to resolve issues.
• Gather feedback from developers to improve tools and processes.
