Job summary

Lumiture is building AI-driven, data-powered integrations to accelerate fraud, risk, and compliance deployments. The Integration Team owns client onboarding, API design, and end-to-end solution delivery, collaborating with engineering, product, and post-sales to scale success.

We seek deeply technical, hands-on professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, either as individual contributors or as player-coaches who grow the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation/ integrat​ions roles across multiple teams.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts.
• Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI and scripting for internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing integration team for onboarding.
• Provide end-to-end client onboarding support during onboarding.
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support docs.
• Analyze client requirements from technical and business perspectives.
• Manage implementation projects with timelines and risk mitigation.
• Gather product feedback from customers and relay to stakeholders.
