Job summary

Elastic seeks a Customer Architect to drive technical adoption of Elastic solutions. You will act as a Trusted Technical Advisor, onboarding customers and aligning solutions with business goals to accelerate value and ARR growth.

You will collaborate with the Field and Services teams, define success criteria, and translate business needs into technical requirements while maintaining strong customer relationships. A hands-on, on-site role with travel expectations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.
• Experience in roles like Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer.
• Ability to align technical objectives with business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical success plan for each customer.
• Provide ongoing technical coverage with the account team.
• Ensure onboarding, adoption, and continued consumption of Elastic solutions.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Identify opportunities for expansion to grow ARR.
• Travel to client sites as required.
