Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Supply Chain Center operations and provide general office/clerical support. You will help with order processing, credit management, and customer service across channels.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and chats, preparing orders in WMS, and coordinating information to stores while maintaining accurate records. Flexibility for shifts and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible shift including holidays and weekends.
• Call Center soft skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support with inbound/outbound phone calls.
• Communicate with customers over phone, email and online chat to resolve questions or concerns.
• Prepare orders in WMS and generate reports for loading and production.
• Process orders from customers and ensure accurate ordering for SCC.
• Coordinate and disseminate corporate and marketing information to stores.
• Maintain filing system for invoices, reports, and customer data.
• Support specialty orders such as school lunch, WRC, and DIG.
• Maintain credit management and lead credit reviews via SAP/Credit Tracker.
• Support SCC communication and redelivery.
• Manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively.
• Meet performance metrics/objectives.
