Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative in Denver to provide superior customer support, manage orders and collaborate with design, sales and production teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, invoicing, shipping estimates and maintaining customer files, while resolving billing issues and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma is required.
• Five years’ experience in a customer service role handling orders and building relationships.
• Experience with order entry systems and maintaining customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through to scheduling.
• Consult with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Inform Sales Representatives of pertinent account activity.
• Coordinate requests for product specs, availability, shipping, quotations, and samples.
• Act as a link between customer and design, sales and production teams to meet requirements.
• Maintain organized customer files.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints including billing issues.
