The role coordinates with sales, design, and production teams to meet customer requirements, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain accurate records. This position requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a customer service role handling orders.
• Experience using an order entry system and building customer relationships.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track assigned orders through scheduling and invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and order completeness.
• Communicate order activity to Sales Representatives and appropriate teams.
• Resolve billing issues and escalate when needed to Manager or appropriate departments.
• Maintain organized customer files and monitor inventory levels.
