Responsibilities

• Manage multi-jurisdictional search and filing requests.
• Oversee entire order process from inquiry to processing, invoicing and follow-up.
• Conduct UCC/lien searches, prepare and review reports, review vendor results.
• Handle complex customer inquiries, translate into actionable orders.
• Mentor and support junior associates.
• Build and maintain client relationships with excellent service.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of services and products.
• Assist with client account setup and maintenance.
• Maintain internal reference materials and industry knowledge.
