Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Sr. CSR for Corporate, Sr. Registered Agent Services. This hybrid nationwide role blends in-office collaboration with remote work to support high-profile corporate clients.

You will handle complex onboarding, document preparation, and ongoing support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer value and satisfaction. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years’ corporate services/registered agent industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to RASi corporate team members and across departments.
• Communicate with clients regarding corporate services.
• Manage complex onboarding processes for large or high-profile customers.
• Respond to customer requests via phone and email.
• Oversee order processing from inquiry to invoicing and follow-up.
• Prepare and file corporate documents (articles, amendments, DBA, annual reports, etc.).
• Obtain status checks, name availability, and registrations for entities.
