Qualifications

• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional search and filing requests.
• Ability to manage end-to-end order process (inquiries to invoicing and follow-up).
• Experience conducting UCC/lien searches and reviewing reports.
• Strong mentorship and leadership to junior associates.
• Build and maintain client relationships with excellent service.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of services and products.
• Ability to file UCC financing statements/amendments and record documents.
• Assist with client onboarding and maintaining internal reference materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
