Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a full-time station associate to provide accurate information and assistance to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving problems, and selling company services. The role includes performing administrative support for efficient station operations and other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/G.E.D., be able to operate a computer terminal, and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier packages.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services.
• Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
