Job summary

MSI in Hatboro, PA is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to handle customer transactions, process orders, and track inventory while coordinating trucking and deliveries. The role is full-time with standard hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and two Saturdays per month.

Compensation is $22–$24 per hour with overtime at 1.5x. New hires typically earn $42,400–$56,700 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a Big Box retailer.
• Clear communication with the ability to use positive language.
• Attentiveness and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.
• Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
• Build and maintain company customer relationships.
• Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls.
• Track stock levels to ensure customer orders are handled effectively.
• Schedule trucking and delivery of material to customer, based on delivery schedule.
• Create shipping orders and packing lists.
• Troubleshoot customer issues during delivery process.
