Job summary

MSI is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative in Hatboro, PA to handle transactions, process orders, track inventory and coordinate trucking. This full-time role requires Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with two Saturdays per month, paid at $22–$24 per hour with overtime at 1.5x.

Typical annual earnings range from $42,400 to $56,700, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses. Essential duties include processing orders, recording customer information, managing stock levels,

Qualifications

• High School Education required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience in a Big Box retailer.
• Clear communication with positive language.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong math skills and quick calculations.
• Proficient PC skills and multi-window navigation.
• Intermediate MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Record and maintain customer contact details.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Answer inbound and make outbound sales calls.
• Follow up on promises with customers promptly.
• Track stock levels to fulfill orders effectively.
• Assist customers in determining order requirements.
• Identify and escalate customer issues.
• Quote prices, terms, and prepare sales orders.
• Manage shipping, packing lists, and delivery scheduling.
• Troubleshoot issues during delivery and coordinate with Sales.
