Job summary

MSI is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator in Orange, CA. You will coordinate deliveries with drivers and sales teams, and work with the product team to keep inventory accurate. This role requires strong clerical skills and a commitment to safety.

Hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM with occasional Saturday shifts. Open to candidates with 1+ year warehouse experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates deliveries with drivers and sales people.
• Work with product team to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintains a high level of efficiency in the movement of trucks.
• Performs clerical duties as needed.
• Respond to other departments inquiries.
• Control the warehouse activities including will calls, container unloading activities and transfers.
• Enforce MSI's safety policies in warehouse.
• Performs additional duties as required and or requested.
