Job summary

MSI is hiring a Shipping Coordinator in Pooler, GA to coordinate shipment deliveries with product teams, drivers, and sales representatives. The role is full-time with standard hours and overtime; compensation ranges hourly with annual earnings projected based on experience and bonuses.

The Associate-level position requires a High School Diploma and 1+ year of warehouse experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining accurate inventory and safety

• Control the warehouse activities including will calls, container unloading activities and transfers.
• Enforce MSI's safety policies in warehouse.
• Performs additional duties as required and or requested.

Summary:

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipment deliveries in an accurate and timely manner. The Shipping Coordinator will work directly with the product teams, drivers, and sales representatives.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Compensation:

This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $19.75 to $22.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $56,900 and $73,900 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:

• Schedules and coordinates deliveries with drivers and sales people.


• Work with product team to maintain accurate inventory.


• Maintains a high level of efficiency in the movement of trucks.


• Performs clerical duties as needed.
