Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead a busy manufacturing facility. The role includes full P&L responsibility for the branch, directing production, sales, maintenance, quality, warehousing and shipping, and implementing cost-control measures to improve efficiency and profitability.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of general management in manufacturing, with proven P&L experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years general management experience in manufacturing.
Prior P&L responsibility and experience.
Strong ability to analyze financial data for business decisions.
Background with Lean manufacturing and process improvement.
Ability to lead a diverse workforce with strong communication.
Bilingual a plus (Spanish & English).
Knowledge of manufacturing software and ERP systems; advanced Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs branch operations across production, sales, maintenance, quality, shipping and receiving.
Has P&L responsibility for branch and ensures financial goals are met.
Implements cost-control systems over capital, expenditures, workforce, and labor use.
Leads plant performance management for production and quality standards.
Directs leadership to plant manager, sales manager, and other leaders.
Ensures OSHA compliance and safe working conditions.
