Qualifications

• 5+ years of organizational development experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial settings.
• Bachelor's degree; travel 25-50%.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the people development strategy for Trulite and identify critical skill gaps.
• Assess capability needs across operations, sales, finance, customer service, and corporate functions.
• Define leadership expectations at all organization levels.
• Advise executive team on people-related risks to performance and growth.
• Build a practical curriculum covering technical knowledge, leadership fundamentals, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Run development programs end to end, from planning to follow-up.
