The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a glass environment, with 5S and Lean knowledge, and a focus on training, compliance, and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Supervisory experience or training.
• Experience in a glass environment, 5S and Lean manufacturing knowledge required.
• Ability to mentor and coach employees and lead teams safely.

Responsibilities

• Conveys management’s direction and expectations to the team.
• Train, direct, motivate employees and participate in performance feedback.
• Oversee plant floor activities: cutting, tempering, laminating, fabrication, polishing, loading glass products.
• Assist with training, safety and adherence to employee handbook guidelines.
• Inspect products for conformance to specifications; direct machine setup and adjustments.
• Participate in hiring, retention and development of hourly associates.
• Ensure on-time delivery and manage raw materials, inventory, and workflow.
