Collectors is seeking a Senior Customer Relations Training Specialist to join the PSA Customer Relations team and oversee training needs for the department. The role involves organizing, planning, documenting, and executing training sessions for all employees, aligning content with management guidance, and reporting to the Senior Customer Relations Manager at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters.

The position requires a B.S./B.A.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. preferred; 2–4+ years of experience in a training environment.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience designing corporate training events including technical writing skills.
• Familiar with mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops.

Responsibilities

• Assist training across all key areas of the Customer Relations department.
• Develop annual training programs and teaching plans for employees.
• Onboard and train new hires and temporary staff in Customer Relations.
• Collaborate with Training Manager and other stakeholders to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
