Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Engineer, Customer Quality Engineering to join our team. The CQE will interact across customers, Entegris, and suppliers with high visibility and priority, managing multiple shifting priorities.

This role can be based at Bedford, MA or Danbury, CT and requires a calm-assertive demeanor, strong project management, and extensive quality tool experience. Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years experience in an engineering role in quality, process, equipment, or materials (semiconductor preferred).
• Experience coordinating issues/projects between internal stakeholders and customers with escalation.
• Project management focused on closing gaps between capabilities and customer needs.
• Proficient in quality tools such as Pareto, FMEA, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, design of experiments, cause-and-effect diagrams, 8D problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, sales teams, and factory/product/supply chain teams.
• Execute CQE responsibilities per policy and processes.
• Support Materials Solutions Division.
• Lead cross-functional tasks and projects aligned with Entegris goals.
• Be part of a global team to improve success with customers.
• Collaborate across regions and suppliers.
• Demonstrate planning, execution, discipline, and teamwork (PACE).
• Support documentation, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
