Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Customer Quality Engineer to engage with customers, sales teams, and factory teams across regions. You will lead CQE activities, apply Entegris processes, and support the Materials Solutions Division.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and manage audits, problem solving, and project development in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years experience in an engineering role in quality, process, equipment or materials.
• Semiconductor industry experience ideally, though other manufacturing industries will be considered.
• Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers, including escalation.
• Project management experience focused on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs.
• Experience with quality tools such as pareto, FMEA’s, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, and 8D problem solving methodology.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours and alternate work shifts across a North America and Asia scope.
• Experience working and communicating between North America-based manufacturing facilities and Asia-based support teams and customers.
• Ability to travel 10% to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, sales teams, and factory, product, supply chain, and quality teams
• Execute Customer Quality Engineering responsibilities according to CQE policies, Entegris processes, account-specific support plans, and CQE management direction
• Support the Materials Solutions Division
• Participate in problem solving, change management, customer and internal audits, project development, product support and development programs, and other cross-functional projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across products, regions, customers, and suppliers
• Demonstrate excellence in planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership, and teamwork
• Provide business process documentation, item tracking, performance reporting, and continuous improvement project management
• Collaborate remotely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers in virtual meetings
