Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join our team. The CQE role is dynamic and cross-functional, interacting with customers, Entegris, and suppliers.

This position is high impact, high output, and high visibility, requiring a calm-assertive demeanor and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The role can be based at Bedford, MA or Danbury, CT, with travel 10–50% domestically and internationally and opportunities to collaborate across regions and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in an engineering role focused on quality, process, equipment, or materials.
• Experience coordinating issues between internal stakeholders and customers with escalation.
• Project management with closing gaps between capabilities and customer needs.
• Experience with quality tools such as Pareto, FMEA, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, DOE, cause/effect diagrams, 8D.
• Willingness to travel 10–50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, sales teams, and factory/product/supply chain/quality teams.
• Execute CQE responsibilities per CQE policies and plans.
• Support Materials Solutions Division.
• Participate in audits, problem solving, project development, and cross-functional tasks.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve customer success.
• Work with cross-functional teams across products, regions and suppliers.
• Demonstrate planning, discipline, leadership and teamwork aligned with Entegris PACE values.
• Provide support for documentation like process documents, item tracking, reporting and improvement projects.
