Entegris is seeking a Senior Engineer for Customer Quality Engineering to join a dynamic, cross-functional team. This CQE will interact across customers, Entegris, and suppliers, handling multiple priorities with a calm-assertive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years experience in an engineering role in quality, process, equipment or materials.
• Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with escalation.
• Project management experience focusing on closing gaps between company capabilities and customer needs.
• Experience with applicable quality tools such as Pareto, FMEA's, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology.
• Flexibility to travel 10% to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Experience collaborating with North America facilities and Asia-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, sales teams and factory teams to support CQE activities.
• Execute CQE responsibilities per policy documents and business processes.
• Support Materials Solutions Division initiatives.
• Participate in problem solving, audits, project development and cross-functional activities.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve customer outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Document and report performance, and support documentation requirements.
