Qualifications

• B.S. in an Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in high-volume semiconductor or automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO9001 and IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between Halo Industries and customers regarding quality performance.
• Drive quality improvements and oversee the customer RMA lifecycle.
• Oversee audits and ensure COA integrity and CSRs compliance.
• Oversee Manufacturing Readiness and PPAP-related activities.
• Manage end-to-end Customer RMA including logistics, root cause investigation and documentation.
• Track customer-initiated nonconformance and report corrective actions to management.
