Job summary

Key duties include audits and compliance, COA integrity, product change management, RMA lifecycle ownership, and scaling the Arena QMS for automotive and non-automotive sectors. You will drive CI, mentor engineers, set KPIs, and partner with customers on qualification cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years of quality engineering experience in semiconductor/wafer manufacturing or advanced electronics.
• 3+ years of formal management experience supervising quality engineering teams.
• Deep working knowledge of ISO frameworks with a track record of audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the Customer: translate feedback into internal CI initiatives.
• Audits & Compliance: manage customer audits and ensure COA integrity and CSRs.
• Change Management Integration: guide PCNs and PCIs through customer approvals.
• End-to-End RMA Lifecycle: own root-cause investigations and rapid resolution.
• QA Systems & Tools: scale Arena QMS and PPAP deliverables; drive CI roadmap.
