Job summary

You will scale the Arena QMS platform, enforce IATF 16949 readiness, and lead a team of quality engineers while improving process capabilities through AIAG tools and DMAIC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Solid State Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 8+ years of quality engineering experience in semiconductor, wafer manufacturing, or advanced electronics.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the Customer: translate feedback into continuous improvement.
• Audits & Compliance: manage customer audits with focus on automotive CSRs and COA integrity.
• Change Management: guide PCNs and PCIs through to customer approval.
• End-to-End RMA Lifecycle: lead root-cause investigations and rapid resolution.
• Multi-Market Quality Systems: scale Arena QMS for IATF 16949 and non-automotive paths.
• Manufacturing Readiness Maturity: manage PPAP deliverables using Arena PLM.
• Quality Control: maintain data-driven control points for wafer metrics.
• Core Tools & Problem Solving: advance AIAG tools and DMAIC projects.
• Team Development & Leadership: recruit and mentor quality engineers, set KPIs.
