Job summary

Halo Agencies seeks a Quality Engineering Manager to lead our production quality roadmap and customer quality strategy. You will bridge advanced material physics, high-volume production, and rigorous compliance to deliver dependable quality across markets.

You will build and lead a high-performing quality team, drive CI initiatives, and ensure audits with automotive-focused CSRs and COA integrity. A strong ISO/Audit background and Arena PLM/QMS expertise are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years of quality engineering experience in semiconductor, wafer manufacturing, or related electronics space
Deep working knowledge of ISO frameworks and audit readiness
Experience with Arena PLM/QMS modules and cross-functional CI initiatives

Responsibilities

Champion Halo's quality roadmap across high-volume production and customer quality strategy
Interface between Halo Agencies and market partners to ensure tolerances meet automotive, power, and industrial electronics needs
Build and lead the quality engineering team; drive 8D, Kaizen, and DMAIC projects to improve process capabilities
Own customer audits, CSRs, and COA integrity with strong emphasis on automotive scenarios
Drive PPAP readiness and Product Change Notifications (PCNs) to customer approval
Oversee RMA lifecycle focusing on root-cause analysis and rapid resolution
Scale Arena QMS for multi-market deployments while maintaining IATF 16949 compliance
