Aperia Technologies, Inc is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to serve as the primary technical liaison between manufacturing facilities and OEM customers. You will investigate concerns, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous quality improvements across teams.
You will lead APQP/PPAP activities, monitor quality metrics, and ensure adherence to IATF 16949. Travel up to 25% is required as projects and reviews demand on-site collaboration.

Your Role
As a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE), you will serve as the primary technical liaison between our manufacturing facilities and automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers. You will work directly with customers and collaborate with internal quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to investigate concerns, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure that customer quality requirements and technical expectations are clearly understood, documented, communicated, and met.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000
*Base salary only. Salary dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.
