Job summary

ZincFive is seeking a Customer Project Manager V to lead battery energy storage system installation and commissioning projects. You will act as the primary customer contact, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role may be performed remotely from home or onsite at our Tualatin, Oregon headquarters, reporting to the Service Portfolio Manager. Occasional travel to projects is required to support execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in customer project management for power systems or data center environments is required.
• Excellent customer management skills and strong written/verbal communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate battery energy storage system installation and commissioning projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop project budgets and manage to quoted budgets; communicate status and changes to ZincFive management.
• Coordinate with 3rd party equipment, internal and external stakeholders, and transfer projects to long-term service organizations.
• Visit projects in the field up to 25% and support pre-sales through post-sale activities.
