ZincFive, Inc. is seeking a Customer Project Manager V to lead battery energy storage system installation and commissioning projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and serving as the main customer contact from inception to completion.

The role oversees budget development and adherence, communicates status to leadership, and ensures smooth handoff to long-term service teams, with up to 25% field travel and strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of customer project management for power systems or data center environments.
• Excellent customer management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate battery energy storage system installation and commissioning projects.
• Serve as primary customer contact and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets and track against quotes.
• Communicate project status and risks to ZincFive leadership.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure smooth project execution.
